The initial consultation takes approx 1 hour. It involves a detailed history taking, diet and nutritional analysis, iridology and clinical assessment. If needed, some simple tests can be taken. VLA or Bioimpedence Analysis is also incorporated into the initial appointment.
Allergy testing for all ages can be performed in the initial consultation if required.
An individual treatment plan is then formulated that may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplements or homeopathics, and easy to follow dietary and lifestyle advice. Follow up visits take 30 – 60 minutes.
Please bring with you a list of any current medication and any previous test results you have.
